Three Ridings First Release marks the beginning of a new Yorkshire single malt, created through the collaboration of three makers: Thomas Fawcett & Sons, Theakston Brewery and Ellers Farm Distillery.

From Yorkshire-malted barley and nearly two centuries of brewing heritage to patient fermentation and careful distillation at Ellers Farm, every stage has been shaped by the same belief: that great whisky takes time, collaboration and a relentless focus on flavour.

This inaugural release is a whisky to mark the moment. Each bottle is individually numbered and comes with a matching Certificate of Authenticity, making every bottle part of the first chapter of the Three Ridings story.

Presented in a premium gift box featuring a barley motif, and accompanied by a Three Ridings dust bag, this is the first expression of a whisky made in Yorkshire, by Yorkshire makers, for those who appreciate things done properly.

TASTING NOTES

Aroma
Ripe banana, butterscotch, white chocolate, vanilla and pears drops.

On the palate
Peppery spice evolving into banana flambé.

Finishing notes
Long with caramelised pear and gentle oak.
