Aroma: Malted barley, ripe bananas, hints of cherry and spice.

On the Palate: Beautifully smooth. Pear drops meet ripe bananas, subtle chocolate sweetness, toasted oats and barley.

Finishing Notes: A sweet banana finish. Hints of dried fig and spice.

Aroma: Rich malted barley, pear drops and ripe banana.

On the Palate: Warming spice gives way to dark chocolate and a hint of cask oak with a sweet guava finish.

Finishing Notes: Toasted malt, with sweet vanilla and a hint of black pepper.

Aroma: Ripe banana, delicate florals and lilts of sandalwood.

On the Palate: Subtle peppery spice gives way to buttery apricots.

Finishing Notes: Smooth vanilla notes with lingering sweetness and soft oak.

Aroma: Ripe banana, butterscotch, white chocolate, vanilla and pears drops.

On the Palate: Peppery spice evolving into banana flambé.
